Beta testing
In order to remove as many bugs as possible, we’ll need betatesters. To be a betatester, it’s sufficient to just use Vikingboard, try it out, test different settings, and report the bugs and errors you run into in the Bug tracker. If you need a specific feature, submit a feature request, and we will be happy to implement it as soon as possible.
If you are an administrator of a (preferably small) community, you are welcome to test how Vikingboard will perform in your environment. If you can perform stress testing, we would love to see your results, good or bad. Any way you can help us to build a better Vikingboard would be greatly appreciated.
With your help, we can make Vikingboard the best community software out there, and that is something we believe will benefit not only us, but the entire web community.
For us to keep a better track on the ones performing betatesting, we would like you to send an e-mail to betatesting at vikingboard dot com with information about your testing environment, such as web host, server spesifications, operating system, PHP and MySQL versions, and so on. This is not required, but you can still report bugs through the Bug tracker without doing so.
