Development update - week 02

We have now finally launched our webpage for the public, but our first beta version is still a couple of weeks away from beeing launched at Vikingboard.com and for our beta testers.
Webpage status
As you can see, the wepage is now up and running, but we are still working on it by adding content and bug-checking everything.
Our forum is planned to be up and running in February/March, as long as our work on the forum software goes as planned.
Vikingboard status
We have the most important elements on place, but we still need to finish forum design which we still are working on. We are focusing on having our first version finished, online on Vikingboard.com and available for our beta testers within the start of March 2006.

Sondre: Actually, every developer working on Vikingboard speaks Norwegian (as we all are norwegians). However, we don’t want to make Vikingboard only in Norwegian or targeted especially at norwegians, since that would reduce our market size and the size of our community. We believe that Vikingboard should be available for everyone, and therefore, it will be primarily in English, with a norwegian translation available. :)
